How are real estate leads routed automatically?
The system evaluates known lead and property fields against an ordered set of approved assignment, ownership, exclusion, and fallback rules.
A routing sequence first checks whether the contact or account already has an owner. It then considers inventory or project specialization, geography, language, branch, lead source, schedule, capacity, and any commercial allocation rules approved by management.
Every route should create a reason code and timestamp. If no rule matches, the lead enters a visible exception queue rather than being assigned silently or dropped.
